Very good food and great service, everything was fresh .The place is small with only 3 tables and no restroom, so take out would be a better option unless you find a table

Taste like city food! And trust me I would know, I’m from the city and we go to the city all the time just to eat. Food was delicious. Service was A1!! I’m glad I found a new location to eat and don’t have to drive an hour to into the city just to have a good meal.

If you’re looking for solid, flavorful Dominican food, Ingrid’s doesn’t miss. The chicharrón is crispy and tender, perfectly seasoned, and super satisfying. Everything—from the longaniza to the tostones, tastes homemade and fresh. The most portions are generous, and the service feels like family. It’s the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to whenever you’re craving comfort food done right.

Food was amazingly delicious! We had the pernil with yuca (Roasted pork with Cassava) and it was perfect. We also had the roasted chicken and tostones (twice fried green plantains) , chicken was very tender and the tostones very crispy. We also had the chicharrón and I can say they were perfect! It's mostly a takeout place but they have a couple of tables inside.Highly recommend it.

Some of the best Dominican food I’ve ever had and I’m from NYC. Ingrid is an incredible chef and so sweet. The prices are super fair and everything was so delicious. Amazing mofongo and empanadas.

I visited this place to try them out. I'm very glad that I did. Having this type of food available this far from the city is a huge perk. The location was very clean and presentable. The dining area looked neat and appeared well kept.I ordered some chicharron with tostones, and it was perfect. Not salty or over seasoned. Fresh and just the right amount.I also ordered roast pork with cheese mofongo. The mofongo was soft and very flavorful. The fried cheese complemented the mofongo very well and added a softness to the mofongo that created a nice texture. We also had a chicharron mofongo that did not disappoint. They had a hot bar with some items ready for serving. They also had a nice variety of drinks both to serve and bottled. One constructive comment I would like to make is that I would like to eat my meal in other than paper plates. I feel it would bring more elegance and class to the place if non paper plates and non plastic silverware were used. This was a bit distasteful.Nonetheless, the food taste and quality were amazing, and I was greatly satisfied. I highly recommend and will be back again to try more of the menue.

Ingrid’s in Central Valley is the real deal. The food is straight-up delicious—authentic Dominican/latin dishes that taste just like home. Everything’s seasoned perfectly, the portions are solid, and the vibe is super welcoming. You can tell they put love into every plate. If you’re in the area and want some legit Dominican/latin food, this is 100% the spot. No doubt, 110% recommend to anyone.
